Job Description

A vacancy exists in Cape Town CBD & Milnerton for Vehicle Sales Executive with a proven track record. PURPOSE OF JOB: • To ensure maximum units are sold each month with maximum profit. • The outcome of performing the duties below will be considered successful under the following conditions: • Customer Satisfaction (QCSI). • Generate profitable business in terms of set targets/budget/forecasts. • Understand and meet/exceed client expectations/needs/requirements. • Targets reached. • Benchmarked to other dealerships. MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS: • Attend to customer queries and complaints proactively. • Attending to customers on the showroom floor and attend to general telephone queries, timeously. • Support existing clients with service-related requirements. • Do administration timeously and accurately, meet deadlines. • Follow up on referrals. • Prepare and get vehicles ready for delivery timeously. • New and Used motor vehicles. • Conduct after sales service. • Conduct demonstrations, client feedback. • Prospect new customers. • Cross departmental disciplines.
