About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Code 14 Driver to take charge of our vehicle wash bay operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong driving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to supervise staff and maintain a clean, efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and move trucks/vehicles to and from the wash bay within the premises
- Oversee and assist with the washing and cleaning of all vehicles
- Supervise wash bay operations, staff performance, and safety procedures
- Monitor and maintain cleaning materials, equipment, and consumables (stock control)
- Ensure all vehicles are cleaned to company standards and ready for use
- Maintain a tidy and organised work area
Requirements
Valid Code 14 drivers licence (PDP advantageous but not required)
Previous driving experience with heavy vehicles
Supervisory or leadership experience (advantageous)
Ability to work independently and manage a small team
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Salary & Benefits
R8 500 per month
