About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a Compliance Officer/Administrator or Programme Administrator to join their team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, or assisting with the coordination and management of various programmes and projects within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Conduct internal compliance audits and investigations
- Provide guidance and support to staff on compliance-related matters
- Maintain compliance records and documentation
- Coordinate and manage various programmes and projects
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation
- Prepare and present project reports to management
Requirements
- Compliance Officer/Administrator:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations
- Experience in compliance or administrative roles
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Programme Administrator:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience in coordinating and managing programmes or projects
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
