Job Title: CRM
Location: Sea Point, Cape Town
Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Salary: From R16000 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday plus either Saturday or Sunday (6-Day Work Week)
Shift Options:
- 10:00am to 18:00 pm
- 15:00pm to 23:00pm
- 19:00pm to 03:00am

Key Responsibilities:
- Support our CRM systems to keep sales operations running smoothly.
- Assist upper management with real-time agent performance tracking and reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, dashboard updates, and tech support for team tools.
- Collaborate on special projects and help identify process improvements.
- Work closely with team leads and agents to drive performance and engagement.
Skills, Qualifications and Requirements:
- CRM or financial systems experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and reporting.
- Matric required; studies in Business, IT, or Finance are a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Energetic, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
- Comfortable working shifts and 6 days per week.
- Immediate availability is preferred
