Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for fleet operations, team leadership, and logistics? Our client in Cape Town is looking for a Fleet Manager to oversee vehicle operations, ensure compliance, and manage a high-performing transport team.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily fleet availability, planning, and compliance reporting

Lead and manage staff schedules, performance, and morale

Coordinate vehicle movements including intercity transfers and de-fleeting
-
Ensure all vehicles meet licensing, tracker, and presentation standards

Handle administrative tasks including productivity tracking, payroll checks, and customer feedback
-
Maintain a professional, efficient, and service-driven working environment
What Were Looking For:

Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, and operations

Strong background in HR administration and staff supervision

Deadline-driven with strong reporting and analytical skills

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

Proficient in compliance tracking, reporting, and digital tools (Email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets)
