Job Description

An upmarket and vibrant hostel company is looking for an experienced, fun, energetic, reliable and guest-focused Front Office Manager to join the team at one of its Cape Town-based properties. If you thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment and love working with people, we want to hear from you! Minimum Qualifications: Matric certificate (Grade 12) At least 2 year of experience in a similar reception role within the hotel or hostel industry Key Skills & Attributes: High energy and a positive, team-oriented attitude Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills Professional personal presentation and grooming Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and telephonic) Problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal strengths Good planning, organisation, and time management skills Proven background in reception team management Computer literate Excel, Word, Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar hotel management software Application Details: Please send the following with your application: A cover letter A recent picture Written references Your updated CV Candidates must be available for a face-to-face interview in Cape Town.
