About the Role
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a luxury hotel in Cape Town, where you will shape exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence and team performance. The ideal candidate will have proven success in luxury boutique hotels and fine dining environments, with a strong commercial acumen and strategic and operational capabilities.

Requirements
- 10+ years of hospitality experience
- At least 5 years in senior leadership
- Proven success in luxury boutique hotels and fine dining environments
- In-depth knowledge of the Cape Town hospitality and tourism market
- Proficiency with property management and revenue systems
- Valid drivers license and willingness to work flexible hours
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
