• Support marketing, pricing, and lead management

Supply Chain & Vendor Management

• Develop reliable supplier networks

• Oversee repairs, spares, warranties, and training

• Ensure high service delivery standards

• Bachelors+ in Engineering/Business/Manufacturing (or related)

• 710 years senior operational leadership (manufacturing/custom fabrication preferred)

• R&D integration experience

• Supplier negotiation & supply chain expertise

• Financially savvy, business-minded leader
