A leading entrepreneurial company and leading manufacturer of mobile ablution facilities is seeking a General Manager to join their team. As General Manager, you will lead a 45-person team to new heights. The role requires oversight of all departments to ensure that the mission of AA is executed while upholding our deep-rooted values
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Vision

Explore and grow markets: exports, mining, military, civil, events
Operations & Production Management

Lead manufacturing for efficiency and innovation

Promote R&D and technology adoption
Sales, Business Development & Customer Satisfaction

Grow domestic and international clients

Build strong customer relationships and loyalty

Support marketing, pricing, and lead management
Supply Chain & Vendor Management

Develop reliable supplier networks

Streamline procurement, inventory, and logistics
Service, Maintenance & Training

Oversee repairs, spares, warranties, and training

Ensure high service delivery standards
People & Culture

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams

Requirements:
Candidate Requirements

Bachelors+ in Engineering/Business/Manufacturing (or related)

710 years senior operational leadership (manufacturing/custom fabrication preferred)
