Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms to the hotel`s standard, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our guests.
- Perform tasks such as making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities to maintain the highest quality of cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly, providing fresh towels and toiletries for the comfort of our guests.
- Address guest requests or concerns promptly, displaying a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Report any damages or repairs needed to maintain the integrity of our facilities.
- Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and promptly report any shortages to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines at all times to create a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is highly desirable.
- Reliability and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction are essential.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail to uphold our high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills to address guest requests and collaborate with the team.
