Internal Sales Representative
Location: George, Cape Town

Responsibilities:
Promote the range and sell products to walk in and call-in customers and support External Sales Representative.
Manage reception and switchboard; customer liaison, Collect, manage and control customer payments, filing, and administrative duties
Assist walk in or call-in customers and accurately identifying their product needs
Inform customers of the product range and convince customers to buy the product.
Educated customers on the products, services and warranties offered
Keep up to date with market trends by analysing the market
Education:
National Senior Certificate
Experience:
Minimum 5 years technical or sales industry related experience (Refrigeration)
Skills and Knowledge:
Refrigerations product knowledge
Technical industry knowledge (Has existing networks in the industry)
Basic business acumen (understand how business works)
Customer service
Hand on technical
Communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Remunerations:
Basic salary of 18 000 (Commission).
