About the Role

We have an experienced Regional Manager position available with a well-established automotive aftermarket parts industry to oversee and drive the performance of multiple branches within the Cape Town region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring strong sales growth, operational excellence, stock management, and team leadership across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the performance of multiple branches within the region.
  • Drive sales growth, profitability and market share across the region.
  • Monitor and analyse branch performance, budgets and profit margins.
  • Ensure effective stock control, procurement and inventory management.
  • Support and develop Branch Managers and sales teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities and key customer relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and operational standards.
  • Conduct regular branch visits, audits and performance reviews.
  • Drive customer service excellence and retention strategies.
  • Implement sales campaigns, promotions and business development initiatives.
  • Manage supplier relationships and aftermarket product strategies.
  • Submit weekly and monthly regional performance reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Sales, Supply Chain or Automotive Management advantageous.
  • 3+ years experience in automotive aftermarket parts, retail or wholesale distribution.
  • Previous experience in a Regional Manager / Area Manager / Branch Manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts, stock control and distribution processes.
  • Proven track record in sales growth and branch profitability.
  • Strong financial and operational management experience.
  • Computer literacy (ERP / stock systems / Microsoft Excel).
  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel within the region.
