A leading chocolate company situated in Cape Town is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Junior Chocolatier to join their team.

The successful incumbent for this position will be responsible for:

• Temper chocolate by hand.
• Do recipe costing on pastries and chocolates.
• Manage the chocolate room and stock
• Develop and implement proactive solutions for the pastry department
• Develop innovative chocolate products and develop flavour profiles
• Ensure that all chocolate work is of an international standard
• Performing stringent quality tests on raw materials

Key requirements:

• Relevant Diploma/Course
• Confectionary experience
