Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Operations Administrator to assist with administrative and data management functions within the Facilities department. The role primarily focuses on maintaining and updating records in Asset Force and supporting the team with general administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension for a further 6 months based on performance and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately capture and update data on the Asset Force system.

Maintain organised and up-to-date asset and maintenance records.

Assist in compiling reports, schedules, and documentation for operational tracking.

Support the Facilities Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Verify data accuracy and follow up on missing or incomplete information.

Assist in coordinating maintenance requests and tracking task completion.

Ensure all documentation is properly filed and easily retrievable.

Liaise with internal teams to ensure data consistency and timely updates.

Perform general office and administrative duties as required.
Requirements
-
Experience: 25 years of experience in data capturing and administration.

Strong computer literacy (MS Office, particularly Excel).
