About the Role
Furipoint Pty Ltd, based in Parow Valley, Cape Town, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team with immediate effect. This is an excellent opportunity for a young professional looking to grow their career within a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with cost planning, estimates, and budgets
- Prepare measurements and bills of quantities
- Support tendering and procurement processes
- Track project costs and variations
- Assist with monthly valuations and reports
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role (non-negotiable)
- Minimum Diploma in Building or related qualification (non-negotiable)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel essential)
Qualifications
- Completed Diploma in Building or related qualification
