About the Role
Join our dynamic team at CallForce as a Junior Recruiter in Cape Town. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process from designing new campaign ads to sourcing and screening quality candidates. With a strong sense of urgency and working in a pressurized environment, this role requires excellent relationship-building skills, a critical mindset, and a proactive approach to ensure key skills are met by candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Write adverts and post on our recruitment platform
- Implement initiatives & referral initiatives to attract outbound sales candidates
- Ensure fulfilment of the end-to-end recruitment function including sourcing, telephonic screening, competency-based interviews, assessments, compliance & all other related functions
- All administrative related duties
- Ensure high quality standards are adhered to
Requirements
- 1+ years end to end recruitment experience
- Proven track record in delivering high volume candidates
- Contactable references

Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary, plus incentives for successful placements.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- Must be willing to work overtime due to operational requirements
