About the Role
CallForce is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join their team in Cape Town. As a key member of the Digital Media Solutions (DMS) campaign, you will be responsible for lead generation from an existing client base and cold calling for medical insurance and other campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Read from a scripted pitch
- Transfer warm leads to the USA team
- Work towards exceeding transfer targets
- Ensure high quality standards are adhered to
Requirements
- Matric
- 12 months outbound sales/customer service/Retentions/debt collection/tele sales/lead warming/insurance sales experience (Not essential but preferred)
- International outbound experience with sales/customer service (Not essential but preferred)
- Lead generation experience (as a duty)
- Neutral accent
- Confident/Persistent
- Must be South African
- Must be available immediately/Must be currently unemployed
Salary & Benefits
R7000.00 per month, travel allowance provided, and incentives
