LUXURY-LODGE MANAGER

SERENGETI, TANZANIA

START: January 2026 (2-year contract with annual leave)

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS

• Monday – Sunday
• Hours are self-regulated based on operational requirements

REPORT TO: Owner

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS

• USD 1,500 – 2,000 per month
• Semi-furnished accommodation
• Meals provided
• Visa & Flights covered by the Employer

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Passport valid for traveling
2. Hospitality-related qualification
3. Business Administration or similar managerial certification – BONUS
4. Clear criminal record & sober habits
5. Prior experience managing a luxury lodge in Africa
6. Strong leadership with hands-on lodge operations exposure
7. Fluent English command – any other African / European language – BONUS

EXPERIENCE:

1. Solid understanding of P&L, PMS, POS, and owner reporting
2. Proven experience in luxury lodge environments (min. 4 years)
3. Guest-centric, commercially aware, and team-oriented
