Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the School of Marketing, including faculty and operations
• Shape and implement academic strategy and curriculum innovation
• Mentor and develop lecturers and students
• Ensure academic compliance, governance, and quality assurance
• Represent the School on executive academic structures

Requirements:

• Masters degree (PhD or PhD in progress advantageous) in Marketing, Brand, or related field
• 5+ years in a senior academic or leadership role within higher education
• Strong understanding of marketing, digital, and creative industries
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate across teams
