Location: Cape Town or Johannesburg, South Africa
This isn’t a typical marketing role.

Build the foundation (Months 1-6)
- Work directly with leadership to clarify our brand positioning and messaging

Start driving growth (Months 6-12)

- Create sales enablement tools that actually help close deals
- Plan and execute events, webinars, partnerships
- Build internal comms that make our team feel like they’re part of something bigger
Scale what works (Year 2+)
- Own the full marketing strategy and pipeline
- Build and lead a small team as we grow
- Become the go-to person for all things brand, growth, and market positioning

? You’re comfortable with ambiguity and don’t need perfect instructions to get started
? You’re agile: you know how to get results without a massive budget or team
? You’re analytical but creativeyou care about metrics and storytelling
? You want a role where your ideas actually matter and move the business forward
