About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather payroll information from various client sites, ensure deadlines are adhered to for processing (new employees, terminations, changes etc)
  • Data capturing and processing of salaries on payroll system weekly and monthly
  • Solve and handle employee queries
  • Manage all administration relating to Leave
  • Assist with ensuring new employees are loaded onto the relevant systems
  • Maintain employee records on system
  • Report on a regular basis
  • Perform day-to-day adhoc activities

Requirements

  • Must have a matric
  • Payroll experience will be advantageous
  • Must pay attention to detail
  • Experience with weekly wages and payroll administration for a large staff compliment
  • Must be computer literate including excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely organised
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Must be criminally clear
