The primary function of the Senior Agent: Inside Sales is to proactively engage with potential customers telephonically and promote products and/or services offered by the Company with the aim of generating sales and increasing revenue.

These agents work in a contact centre environment and are responsible for making outbound sales calls to prospects or receiving inbound calls from interested customers.

Requirements:

• Matric

Experience:

• 1 – 2 year outbound contact centre experience
• Experience in sales contact centre environment preferable
• Minimum 2 years experience working with the MS office suite, including MS excel and MS word
• Clear communication and articulation
• Worked with sales targets
• Client engagement
• Troubleshooting
• Worked with International Clients
• 24/7 shifts
