? PA / Office Manager | Luxury Fashion Brand | Cape Town ? ? Salary: R20,000 R25,000 (Negotiable DOE) Kendrick Recruitment is now looking for an exceptional PA / Office Manager to join a luxury fashion brand based in Cape Town. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, and has experience supporting high-profile individuals with discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence. The successful candidate will be responsible for both executive-level administrative support and day-to-day personal errands, making life smoother for a busy entrepreneur. If you’re adaptable, organised, proactive, and deeply trustworthy we want to hear from you! ? Key Responsibilities ???? Personal & Family Support: Manage utility bills, invoice tenants, and handle personal payments Organise and file personal documentation (hard & soft copies) Diary management for renewals: passports, licences, etc. Submit and follow up on insurance claims Book and manage personal appointments (medical, wellness, therapy, etc.) Save and track monthly bank and medical statements Handle personal errands such as shopping, deliveries, framing Assist and support the principals spouse with day-to-day needs Book and check in flights (local & international), adhering to preferences ? Business Support: Prepare and diarise VAT calculations and assist with invoicing Coordinate team travel and logistics (flights, accommodation, transport) Book meeting rooms and arrange catering for business meetings Manage office requirements: IT support, stationery, email footers, etc. Maintain team diaries for meetings, birthdays, and travel schedules Assist with events, gift sourcing, and special occasion arrangements Offer ad hoc admin and operational support as needed Requirements Minimum 35 years’ experience in a PA, EA, or office management role Experience supporting C-suite or high-profile individuals is a strong advantage Excellent organisational and multitasking skills Proven discretion and ability to handle confidential matters with care High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment Tech-savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Outlook & Canva Valid drivers licence and access to reliable transport Experience in basic finance (invoicing, VAT, document handling) is preferred A service-oriented mindset no task too big or too small Willingness to be flexible with working hours when required ? Based in Cape Town | Full-time, in-person role with occasional after-hours availability required.
