About the Role

Hire Resolve’s client, an IT Services and Software Development company based in Cape Town, is seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant to support their team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing schedules, communications, and various projects, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organise the schedules of executives, including setting appointments and prioritising tasks.
  • Facilitate effective communication between departments by relaying messages and requests.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain and organise files and databases for efficient information retrieval.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.

Requirements

  • Tertiary Education is a requirement.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior-level executives.
  • Experience in the technology industry or familiarity with cloud computing services.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to travel frequently and work outside regular business hours as needed.
  • At least 2+ years working experience in a similar position.
  • Able to work from home, with reliable and good connectivity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams.
  • Excellent planning and organising skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
