Job Description
Hire Resolve’s client, an IT Services and Software Development company, is looking for a Personal Assistant to support their team in Cape Town. The Personal Assistant will play a key role in managing schedules, communications, and various projects, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organise the schedules of executives, including setting appointments and prioritising tasks.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments by relaying messages and requests.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Maintain and organise files and databases for efficient information retrieval.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
Requirements:
- Tertiary Education is a requirement.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting
senior-level executives. - Experience in the technology industry or familiarity with cloud computing services
- Flexibility and adaptability to travel frequently and work outside regular business hours as
needed. - At least 2+ years working experience in a similar position.
- Able to work from home, with reliable and good connectivity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams
- Excellent planning and organizing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
