Ensure adherence to cashflow and project programme
-
Meet all project and reporting deadlines
-
Maintain and update project server regularly
-
File all documentation accurately and systematically
-
Manage consultants appointments and monitor their performance
-
Oversee contractors appointments and assess their performance
-
Ensure full compliance with internal processes and protocols
-
Manage contracts in line with JBCC and NEC frameworks
-
Verify and check correctness of invoices
-
Review and approve invoices for payment
-
Evaluate appointments, additional fees, and related contractual matters
-
Facilitate and support successful Auditor General audits

Strong understanding of CIDB, PROCSA, and Professional Fee Scales
-
In-depth knowledge of consultant appointments processes
-
Effective problem-solving through analysis and critical questioning
-
Clear and articulate communication skills
-
Demonstrates resilience under pressure and maintains composure
-
Deadline-driven with strong processing and organizational abilities
-
Highly meticulous, detail-oriented, and thorough
-
Adheres strictly to procedures, protocols, and instructions
-

Qualifications
-
Degree in Architecture
Experience
-
Minimum of 5 years experience
-
Proven experience in the construction industry
-
Hands-on experience in contract administration (JBCC & NEC) and financial administration
-
Experience in project or programme management is advantageous
