About the Role
The Focus Group, a leading property management firm in Cape Town, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join their dynamic team. As a Property Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing all aspects of property administration, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional tenant experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and update tenant information on the internal property management system (PIMS).
- Allocate receipts from bank statements and generate tenant statements.
- Manage lease billings, manual adjustments, recoveries, and debit runs.
- Finalize vacated tenant accounts and process deposit refunds.
- Handle tenant turnover and reconciliations.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and property management software (PIMS or MDA).
- 35 years experience in a Property Administrator or financial accounting role.
- Customer service and/or sales experience.
- Background in property leasing is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric).
