About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at a prestigious luxury hotel located in Constantia, Cape Town. As a key point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless check-in experience and providing exceptional service throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
- Manage check-ins and check-outs smoothly and accurately
- Handle guest inquiries and reservations both in-person and via phone/email
- Provide information on estate facilities, activities, and services
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk and lobby area
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly
- Process payments and handle administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Previous reception/front office experience in a hospitality or luxury environment preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant reservation systems
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Flexible and reliable with a team-oriented approach
