About the Role
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our high-energy team in Cape Town. As a key member of our workforce, you will play an essential role in shaping O’Brien Recruitment’s workforce. Key Responsibilities
- Managing bulk recruitment across both white- and blue-collar roles
- Sourcing top candidates for temporary and permanent placements
- Loading candidates and job specs onto our database and ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate flow
- Typing, formatting, and quality-checking CVs
- Conducting reference checks and verifying all relevant screenings (credit, criminal, education)
- General administration and consistent candidate communication
- Processing and checking wages for temporary staff
- Maintaining records for all temp and contracting staff
- Posting job adverts across portals and monitoring responses
- Assisting clients with after-hours temp bookings when needed
