What Youll Be Doing

As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in shaping OBrien Recruitments workforce. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing bulk recruitment across both white- and blue-collar roles
Sourcing top candidates for temporary and permanent placements
Loading candidates and job specs onto our database and ensuring accurate record-keeping
Scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate flow
Typing, formatting, and quality-checking CVs
Conducting reference checks and verifying all relevant screenings (credit, criminal, education)
General administration and consistent candidate communication
Processing and checking wages for temporary staff
Maintaining records for all temp and contracting staff
Posting job adverts across portals and monitoring responses
Assisting clients with after-hours temp bookings when needed

Skills & Competencies Needed

Strong work ethic & high energy
Self-starter with a target-driven mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong attention to detail
At least 1 year admin support experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
Willingness to go the extra mile
Based at our Cape Town office

Qualifications

Matric
National Diploma in Human Resources (or equivalent)
