About the Role
The Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and operational excellence of the store in the Cape Town region. This includes driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences aligned with the brand, leading and developing the store team, and ensuring full compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
