Construction Manager (PrCM SACPCMP Certified) Western Cape | Building Construction A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (PrCM SACPCMP certified) to oversee and deliver multiple high-value building projects across the Western Cape. Key Responsibilities: Manage overall construction activities from planning to completion. Lead, coordinate, and monitor project teams and subcontractors. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Enforce compliance with contractual, legal, safety, and regulatory requirements. Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress. Provide leadership and mentorship to site teams and junior staff. Requirements: PrCM SACPCMP Certification (mandatory). Minimum 15 years experience in managing large building projects. Proven track record in successfully delivering contracts of significant value. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects across various locations. Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management or equivalent.
