This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, enhancing customer experience, driving efficiency, and aligning global front office teams with strategic business objectives. : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field. 7 years experience in global operations, front office management, or customer operations leadership. Proven experience managing international teams and multi-regional operations. Strong leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements and performance outcomes. Experience working in a fast-paced, global, customer-focused environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
