About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Legal Receptionist to join our team in Cape Town. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our lawyers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, including preparing documents and materials
- Perform various administrative tasks as required
