About the Role
A leading luxury hospitality group in Cape Town is seeking a Marketing Manager to take their brand to the next level. This hands-on, hybrid role requires someone who can lead digital marketing, SEO, paid media, content creation, CRM journeys, and overall brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital marketing, SEO, paid media, content creation, CRM journeys, and overall brand growth
- Generate leads in key international markets to drive the group’s continued success on the global stage
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to elevate brand presence, lead generation, and guest engagement
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within travel or hospitality
- Strong experience in SEO, paid media, content strategy, and CRM marketing
- Analytical, strategic, and results-driven with the ability to turn insights into action

Salary & Benefits
- R45,000 – R55,000 per month (depending on experience)
