About the Role

Holm Pathologists is seeking a dynamic Financial Administrator to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Key Responsibilities

Switchboard operations
Confirming medical aid status on the internet
Capturing patient profiles on Eminance
Handling account queries for medical aid and private patients
Following up on outstanding accounts / age analysis
Payment receipting
Preparing refund requests

Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
At least 3 years of experience in financial administration, preferably in the medical field
Ability to communicate effectively in both Afrikaans and English
Knowledge of Eminance ICD10 Codes, Morph Codes, WCA Claims

Qualifications

Formal education/certification in finance or a related field
