About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Porter / Driver to join our client’s luxury hotel in Cape Town. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and maintaining the high standards of our hospitality property.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage on arrival and departure
- Drive guests safely and efficiently to designated locations in and around Cape Town
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of hotel vehicles
- Provide local information and ensure guests receive a top-tier experience
- Assist with valet parking and other guest-related transportation services
- Support the front-of-house team with day-to-day tasks as needed
Requirements
- Valid South African driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Good knowledge of Cape Town and surrounding areas (a plus)
