About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in Durban, eThekwini. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategy in the Richards Bay area, on-boarding new customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing business strategy in the Richards Bay area in conjunction with management
  • On-boarding new customers in consultation with the Area and Branch Manager
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly/annual sales targets set by Sales/Profit
  • Visiting new and existing customers to grow/sustain the business
  • Managing customer accounts and supporting customers with our product offering
  • Conducting sales forecasting

Requirements

  • Matric certificate
  • Preferable Diploma in Engineering and/or Qualified Artisan (Fitter or Millwright) qualification
  • 3 – 5 years experience within a customer services environment
  • Good working knowledge of Fluid Power
  • Fluent English spoken and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
