About the Role

One of the leading plant nutrition manufacturing companies in Cape Town is currently looking for a skilled Production Supervisor to join their team. They are seeking an experienced professional with strong supervisory skills and industry knowledge to oversee production operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise production teams to ensure efficient and effective operation of production lines
  • Manage inventory, scheduling, and quality control processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize production performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards

Requirements

  • 3 years experience in a production role with supervisory experience
  • Experience in the agricultural / beverage / pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
  • Proficiency in SAP software
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Relevant Production Management qualification or related Matric (optional)
