Minimum requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role, with direct exposure to Sectional Title and/or HOA management In-depth knowledge of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act and related legislation Proven ability to draft professional correspondence and official documentation Confident in leading and chairing Trustee and AGM meetings, including minute taking and follow-ups Experience managing contractors, maintenance projects, and capex planning Strong understanding of arrears collection, budgeting, levy administration, and financial reporting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time management and organisational ability Valid drivers license and own reliable transport Willingness to attend after-hours meetings and conduct regular site visits Consultant: Damion Le Roux – Dante Personnel Cape Town
