About the Role
The Property Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Sectional Title schemes and Home Owners Associations, ensuring effective property management within the Cape Town region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage budgets and levies for multiple sectional title schemes and HOAs
- Oversee maintenance and financial administration of properties
- Coordinate trustee, director, AGM, and SGM meetings
- Maintain sound understanding of relevant legislation and community schemes
- Provide strong communication and interpersonal skills to clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrate organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities
- Utilise computer literacy (MS Office) and property management systems for efficient operations
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of community schemes and relevant legislation
- Property management experience within Sectional Title and HOAs
- Experience managing trustee, director, AGM, and SGM meetings
- Sound understanding of budgets, levies, arrears, financials, and maintenance
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills
