About the Role

Envestpro is seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our Cape Town Team, where you will play a crucial role in sourcing top-quality candidates and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilise media and recruitment platforms to source high-calibre candidates
  • Collaborate with Business and Sales Leaders to arrange interviews and prepare Career Presentations
  • Conduct background checks, including criminal and credit checks
  • Upload successful candidates for contracting and apply for email and system access
  • Recruit Financial Advisors

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in the full recruitment function
  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Previous recruitment experience in the financial industry
