Sales & Marketing Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the achievement of sales and marketing objectives within a dynamic hotel environment. The successful candidate will coordinate day-to-day activities within the Sales & Marketing department, support digital marketing initiatives, and assist in maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships to ensure optimal return on investment. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing team Assist with the development, implementation, and execution of marketing strategies Support digital marketing campaigns, social media, and online platforms Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery Assist with sales activities and ensure high levels of client satisfaction Manage stakeholder relationships and contribute to problem-solving initiatives Track marketing activities and support ROI measurement Skills, Education & Experience Marketing Diploma or Degree (preferred) 1–2 years’ experience within a hotel or hospitality environment (preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant digital marketing software Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools Excellent organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities Creative, innovative, and forward-thinking mindset Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure Team-oriented with a servant leadership approach Passion for hospitality and travel
