About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic Team Manager with a minimum of 3 years’ management experience and international in-store exposure to drive sales, develop talent, and champion a truly client-centric culture within a world-class luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing sales team
Recruiting top talent and building strong succession pipelines
Driving individual and team sales targets with clear performance management
Embedding a client-first mindset across the boutique
Supporting long-term client development through advanced clienteling strategies
Managing floor presence to maximise business opportunities
Analysing sales performance, identifying growth opportunities and implementing action plans
Partnering with merchandising and country teams to provide market insights and product feedback
Ensuring brand standards, operational excellence and grooming guidelines are upheld
Supporting workforce planning and inventory management

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ management experience
International in-store exposure
Commercially astute and operationally strong

Qualifications

Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
