About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Telesales Consultant to join our team in Cape Town, responsible for driving sales growth through effective telemarketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and sales, with excellent communication skills and a valid driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain accurate records on internal systems
  • Handle queries professionally and provide feedback timeously
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve account issues
  • Meet set targets

Requirements

  • Strong administration skills
  • Fully computer literate
  • 2 years Sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English/ Afrikaans
  • Valid drivers licence (essential)
