About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Reservationist to join a well-established reservations office in Milnerton. This fast-paced role is ideal for a detail-orientated, guest-focused professional who understands luxury hospitality standards and can manage end-to-end reservations with accuracy, efficiency, and warmth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle reservations from enquiry to confirmation, including amendments and cancellations
- Respond professionally to client and agent enquiries via email and phone
- Capture bookings accurately and maintain detailed guest and agent records
- Generate quotes and confirmations, ensuring correct rates and inclusions
- Coordinate special requests, guest preferences, and operational notes
- Liaise with lodge teams and internal departments to ensure smooth booking flow
- Maintain high attention to detail in all documentation and communication
- Support reporting, filing, and general reservations administration
Requirements
Previous reservations experience within luxury hospitality, lodges, or hotels essential. Strong computer literacy and confidence using reservations systems and Microsoft Office required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary. Highly organised, deadline-driven, and accurate under pressure are also essential.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: R20,000 per month. A small monthly incentive of unknown amount will be provided after 6 months (performance dependent).
