We are seeking a visionary Restaurant General Manager to lead operations, drive growth, and maintain brand excellence across one or multiple branches.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><strong><span style="color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);">Position summary:</span></strong></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);">The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the full operational, financial, and experiential performance of one or more venues. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in high-volume, multi-unit operations, strong financial acumen, and a passion for luxury service. The RGM will lead the team to deliver exceptional experiences, uphold brand standards, and ensure profitability.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><strong><span style="color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);">Key Responsabilities:</span></strong></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);"> Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bakery, and champagne bar with a hands-on leadership style.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);"> Lead, inspire, and manage a large FOH and BOH team, ensuring motivation, performance, and development.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);"> Ensure consistent delivery of luxury service standards across all departments and guest touchpoints.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);"> Analyze P&L reports and manage financial performance including revenue, labor, COGS, and overheads.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);"> Optimize staffing levels, scheduling, and team deployment to ensure peak efficiency and cost control.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);"> Implement and monitor SOPs, health & safety protocols, and local compliance regulations.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);"> Collaborate with Marketing, Culinary, and HQ teams on product launches, promotions, and campaigns.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);"> Maintain inventory control systems, supplier relations, and procurement cost-efficiency.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);"> Manage guest relations, handle VIP clients, complaints, and implement service recovery processes.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);"> Lead new store openings, support site rollouts, and ensure operational readiness in expansion markets.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><strong><span style="color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);">Required Qualifications and Experience:</span></strong></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);"> Minimum 710 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality with at least 3 years as General Manager.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);"> Track record in managing high-volume restaurants and/or multiple locations.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);"> Strong knowledge of bakery, caf, restaurant, and bar operations.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);"> Advanced financial management skills, including budgeting, P&L oversight, and forecasting.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);"> Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills across diverse teams.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);"> Familiarity with POS, reservation, inventory, and reporting software systems.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);"> Fluent in English;
