About the Role
You did not build your finance career to remain behind the scenes. You developed strong numerical ability, gained hands-on experience across core financial functions, and learned how finance supports business decisions and client relationships. Now it is time to step into a Financial Manager role where ownership, visibility, and leadership are expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily banking activities and cash management
- Manage creditors and ensure accurate and timely processing
- Oversee quotations and invoicing on Pastel
- Receive and allocate payments accurately
- Perform balance sheet and account reconciliations
- Ensure high levels of numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain strong financial controls and reporting accuracy
- Work with finance systems including Pastel, Ariba, and Sage
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders on financial matters
- Report directly to the General Manager
Requirements
- BCom degree in Accounting or Finance, or strong relevant experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a Financial Manager or senior finance role
- Proven experience across core financial and transactional functions
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
- Experience with Pastel essential
- Exposure to Ariba and Sage advantageous
- Confident, bold, and outgoing personality
- Comfortable engaging with clients and senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the finance function

- BCom degree in Accounting or Finance (or proven equivalent experience)
