Job Description

Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking a Sales Coordinator/Administrator to organize and manage the back-office administration and distribution of our products and ensure that the right products are delivered at the right price, to the right location, on time and at a profitable transport cost. This role involves maintaining good relations with our customers. You may also be involved in sales order processing and bulking, logistics and transportation management, stock control, reporting, quality control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of products.

Key Responsibilities: 

Sales Order Processing & Bulking:

  • Accurately and politely receiving sales orders directly from customers.
  • Ensuring all sales orders are processed accurately, timeously and delivered correctly to front-office sales personnel.
  • Ensuring all sales orders are correctly bulked and processed in Delta.

Sales Accounts Management

  • Ensuring sales accounts are up to date in terms of relevant payment details and terms.
  • Ensuring all communications are sent to clients in a timeous manner via our sales personnel.
  • Reporting on account information relating to sales and deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience with sales order processing software, such as Delta (or equivalent systems), is a plus
  • Proven experience in managing sales accounts, logistics, and transportation.
