Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities within the Beverage Industry in the Western Cape region
- Present and promote the company’s products to customers and prospects
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed decisions
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies
- Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to network and generate new leads
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the FMCG beverage or liquor industry
- Knowledge of the Western Cape market and customer base
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
- Flexibility to travel within the Western Cape region
