Our client is currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Finance Manager to join their team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of managing financial operations effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage cash flow, risk management, and financial planning
• Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day responsibilities
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports
• Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budget and recommend corrective actions as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
