About the Role
Hire Resolve, a leading national interior design firm with a solid reputation for quality interior design and reliability in the corporate market, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their Cape Town office. With over 7 years of project management experience in the built environment, we are looking for a skilled professional who can manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation to completion
- Oversee construction methods and ensure compliance with design briefs
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Prepare and submit project reports to stakeholders
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members
Requirements
- Project management qualification (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2)
- 5+ years of experience in the built environment
- Exposure to interior design and understanding of construction methods
- Sound ability to manage finances and project plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Interior Design, Construction Management, etc.)
- Relevant certifications or diplomas in project management or related fields
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary: R600,000 – R800,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives
